Detailed Product Description

Flat top prefab house (prefabricated house, modular house) utilizes light steel structure for floor weight bearing, and fully uses the strength of sandwich wall board and roof system to realize fast construction and  safe temporary building concepts. Specific materials and features are as follows:
1. Main framework: Uses single-layer steel structure as second floor weight bearing,with designed load of 150kg/m2.
2. Walls use 50mm color steel sandwich board; interior and exterior wall board use full-length verical installation,with top, middle and bottom jointing points,with jointing point spacing less than 3m. Wall board bearing side force of 12kg/m2 with roof load bearing of 70g/m2.
3. Roof uses 75mm color steel big corrugation tile,with span less than 6m, with roof load bearing of 70g/m2.
Above main body with overall organic assembly, with bolts,tapping screw and riverts jointing achieves the following technical features:
A. Seismic fortification level 7
B. Basic wind pressure 70g/m2, equal to category 12 typhoon.
